Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer two shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (4–7 business days) — $12 flat rate.
• Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $300.
• Express Shipping (2–3 business days) — $20 flat rate.
  

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from New York. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International shipping will be introduced soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Naked Doll is not responsible for these charges—customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the item(s). If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
