Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer two shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (4–7 business days) — Free
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days) — $20 flat rate
Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping):
- Standard: 5–9 business days
- Express: 3–5 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for issues resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
International Orders
International shipping is not available yet. Coming soon.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the item(s). If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
