Return and refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags attached and, if applicable, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
You can request a return through your customer account on our website. Log in, locate your order, and click “Request return” to start the process. If you have trouble accessing your account, please email us at info@thenakeddoll.com with your order number.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $12 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (charged once per return request) to cover return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Please note: original shipping fees (including Express Shipping) are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email: info@thenakeddoll.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please request a return and place a new order.
